JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the benefits of the Selection Grade promotions with effect from the date his juniors have been granted. It is further submitted that the petitioner be also granted the benefits of the 5th Pay Revision.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19038 of 2010 (6) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant the Selection Grade promotions to the petitioner with effect from the date his juniors have been granted and in case the petitioner is entitled to the benefits of 5th Pay Revision, the same be also granted to the petitioner.

The aforesaid exercise should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from today.
