JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 This petition is filed for extension of the period for surrendering the petitioners. The petitioners no. 3 and 4, namely, Priyanka Devi and Pinki Kumari (the present petitioners) were directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1939/2015. It is submitted that the petitioners fell ill and, therefore, they could not surrender within the specified period. The petitioners are ladies. Considering the facts aforesaid, the period for surrendering the above named petitioners is extended by three weeks from today. In the event the petitioners surrender within three weeks from today, the learned court below shall enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 87/2014,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57244 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 as directed by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1939/2015.
This application stands disposed of.
