JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S.Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code an 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act. It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner along with one Md. Rinku @ Kana caused injury to the brother of the informant by explosive substance, who died in the hospital. In Post Mortem Report the doctor has opined that the injuries were ante mortem grievous in nature, caused by bomb explosion. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
