The petitioner is accused in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34693 of 2020 on 19.01.2021. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 13.11.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
