The petitioner seeks bail in Daniyawa P. S. Case No. 119 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 411, 413, 420, 468, 469/471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that Dharmendra Kumar was caught hold by the police with motorcycle. He disclosed before police that he has purchased the aforesaid motorcycle three months back from this petitioner . Learned counsel for petitioner submits that main accused Dharmendra Kumar from whose possession motorcycle was recovered has already been granted bail by court below itself. The petitioner was in Biharsharif jail since 1.5.2018 in connection with Sare P.S. case no. 42 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM- IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Daniyawa P.
