Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No.877 of 2019, G.R.No.9480 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 120(B) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the case essentially relates to dishnour of cheque. No.27620 of 2020(2) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.M.Tripathi, CJM, East Champaran at Motihar in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No.877 of 2019, G.R.No.9480 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with condition that the petitioner shall not execute land without prior permission obtained from the court below.
