JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-07-2018 From para 3 of the 4th supplementary show cause filed by the respondents it appears that vide letter dated 110 dated 11.01.2018, the promotions have been granted to the petitioners and thereafter arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioners and from 4 onward, details of the payment made and all other payments made have been indicated.

Keeping in view the aforesaid compliance reported now, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. However, in case, the petitioners have any grievance still subsisting with regard to any issue connected with the promotion and settlement of arrears, they are granted liberty to agitate the same in accordance with law.
