For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Ms. Namrta Mishra, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Counsel for the parties are present and are not informed as to whether the election case has been finally disposed of. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.8.2013 passed by Munsif, Begusarai cum Election Tribunal in Election Petition No. 18 of 2011 whereby he has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner who is the election petitioner before the court below seeking a direction to the District Election Officer to produce the diary as well as the pockets of Booth No. 50, 51, 52 and 53 in relation to election of Sarpanch held on 09.5.2011. Having considered the issue raised by the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.25187 of 2013 (2) dt.22-04-2016 the backdrop of the fact that an interlocutory order is being questioned even when the election petition was pending before the Election Tribunal, I am not persuaded to interfere with the issue raised at the stage where the Election Case is pending and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
