The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 384, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the allegation has been levelled against the petitioners and others that they were demanding 'rangdari' from the Truck Drivers but nothing has come against them that they have criminal antecedent from before.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and has submitted that as the case diary is not clear, as such it is difficult to verify the facts as stated by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45421 of 2016 (3) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 parties.

Having heard both sides and in view of the statements of the parties, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and the court below will examine this aspect of the matter as to whether there is any material against the petitioners and will consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners preferably on the same day.
