The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- " ............ for quashing the Memo No. 148 dated 13.03.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Patna City, whereby and where under, the Respondent No.2 (The S.D.O., Patna City) has directed Sri Ganga Shagar Singh, the Executive Magistrate, Patna City to facilitated the taking of physical possession of the mortgage property of the petitioner to the Respondent Bank having area of 12.5 decimal of land belonging to Mukesh Kumar, Thana No.

35, Tauzi 17, Khata No. 146 Plot No. 689, Mauza Mohammadpur, Police StationMalsalami, Patna. (ii) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire amount provided some time is granted.

4. Time is allowed to pay the same in installments.

5. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the respondentsBank for payment of the entire loan amount in two installments before the date of auction. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered by the respondents-Bank and pass suitable orders before the date of auction.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
