In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Forest Case No. 26 of 2017 (District-Kaimur) arising out of Official Complaint bearing Criminal Report No. 10 P Ch, registered for the offence punishable under Sections-9 & 10 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. Allegation has been made that unknown vehicle has crushed the deer and on that account, his leg and head were fractured. One Lala Bind was apprehended and he disclosed the name of petitioners. It is further alleged petitioner No. 2 (Santu Sah) was caught hold with prepared meat and he disclosed that meat of deer was brought by his father. Co-accused has taken name of these petitioners.

Looking into facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners namely, Panchu Sah and Santu Sah be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6143 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Forest Case No. 26 of 2017 (District-Kaimur) arising out of Official Complaint bearing Criminal Report No. 10 P Ch, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
