JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.44636 of 2018. The case relates to dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for more than two and a half years and till date only three witnesses have been examined. Heard learned APP also.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year and petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial.
