2. This application has been filed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-8th, Saran at Chapra in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 2495 of 2025, arising out of Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024, registered under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the ground that Opposite Party No. 2 has misused the privilege of anticipatory bail granted to him and the fact that the victim was a minor.
