JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5882 of 2016 to the extent that in the second last paragraph of page 2 of the order, it should be read as 'the aforesaid payment will be subject to any order being passed by the competent court instead of appellate court. It appears that by inadvertence the word 'appellate court' has been typed in place of competent court.

Let the second last paragraph of page 2 of the order be read as 'the aforesaid payment will be subject to any order being passed by the competent court.

The order dated 04.02.2016 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42222 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 disposed of in connection with Complaint Case No. 56C of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
