The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dedarganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 427, 380, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not

In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific allegation is attributed to them, which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. Although there is allegation of firing against the petitioner but no one has sustained injury. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in connection with Deedarganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
