The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 376, 511, 354, 354A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to commit sexual assault and abuse against the informant by entering into her house. Some witnesses have supported before the police that soon after the alarm they reached there and victim narrated the incident.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
