The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.775/16 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused, Santosh Sahani and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35787 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in G.R. Case No.6209/16 arising out of Motihari Town P.S.Case No.775/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
