Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1276 C of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the complainant. The allegations levelled are general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28099 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 omnibus in nature. Petitioners are living separately from the husband of the complainant and they are not concerned with the affairs of the wife and husband. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1276C of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
