The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 506, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant acquired a land and constructed a house. It is alleged that due to lock-down, the informant along with other family members left the house and in the meantime, the petitioner, his wife, son and other miscreants have grabbed his building and started making construction on the third floor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that the land in question is the own ancestral property of the wife of the petitioner and she got the same as share part. The wife of the petitioner has earlier filed a Title Suit being Title Suit No. 110 of 2020 in which the informant has been made a party. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
