JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to approach the Forum created under the Bihar School Examination Board Affiliation Regulation, 2011, amended from time to time.

In the event if the petitioner files appeal before the Forum, as indicated here-in-above, the Appellate Forum will examine the claim of the petitioner and will pass appropriate order in accordance with law within the time indicated in the Affiliation Regulation itself.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ application stands disposed of.
