Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that one Sumitra Devi, daughterin-law of the complainant submitted an application before the Anchal Office for mutating her name in Register-II in place of her father-in-law by filing his forged death certification and allegation is that these two petitioners also helped her in this act of forgery. Submission is that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. The allegation is against the daughter-inlaw of the complainant and these two petitioners have been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39021 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 implicated because of being brother and nephew of Sumitra Devi and they have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Raghunath Sharma and Anant Sharma @ Anant Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.593 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
