The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019, Special Case No. 1794 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 17.02.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 125 kg. Mahua Jawa was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Special Excise Judge/Additional District Judge-III, Civil Court, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019, Special Case No. 1794 of 2019.
