1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,427,436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Putush Kumar @ Pitush Kumar and Raj Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.8193 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 07.03.2025. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Putush Kumar @ Pitush Kumar and Raj Kumar.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the order dated 07.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.8193 of 2025, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No.242 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
