Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the affiliation for the sessions 2021-23 as well as 2022-24 has been granted vide orders dated 15.11.2022 and 12.11.2022 but the petitioner apprehends that the students examination forms shall

Patna High Court CWJC No.9609 of 2020(5) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 not be accepted as they have not been given the college code as well as registration number.

The counsel appearing for the University has instructions to state before this Court that the students examination forms shall be accepted. The last date for submitting examination forms is 12th of December, 2022. Keeping in view the statement made at Bar the apprehension of the petitioner-college is found without basis. If the examination forms are to be accepted, naturally a code shall also be provided to the college which is a consequence coronary of the orders of affiliation having been passed in favour of the petitioner-college.

Keeping in view thereto, the relief as claimed in the writ petition having been already granted, this case stands disposed of, in view of the aforesaid observations. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Shamshad/- Item No. 3 U
