This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 539 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased died in the house of the petitioner who happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased. He has been killed by strangulation. Once the deceased was killed in the house of the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to explain as to how the deceased died. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
