The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on account of local politics. Further submission is that the First Information Report is lodged after lapse of two months for the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
