In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 7 of the E.C. Act.

The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was carrying 100 bags of rice and the owner of the rice has been granted bail vide order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61487 of 2017.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Pappu Das, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6199 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
