Petitioner seek anticipatory bail in Lalganj P.S.Case No.121 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs.2/- lacs by her husband and in-laws.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that admittedly petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the deceased committed suicide due to mental agony.But the petitioner has falsely been implicated with false allegation in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11108 of 2018 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 case and nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
