1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, Mr. Ravindra Kumar.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, very fairly submits that despite his best endeavours, he could not seek instruction from the petitioners with regard to the stage of the case as he was not able to contact him. It is also submitted that even the petitioners never made any efforts to contact.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42235 of 2017(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
4. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected, however, the same would not denude the petitioners of raising all issues at the time of framing of charge, in the event if charges, till date, have not been framed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
