JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner on the basis of promotion granted to her to the post of Reader, after superannuation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9568 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.3 regarding her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
