JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on record. It has been submitted that in compliance of the order dated 07.08.2015, passed by the Bihar Human Right Commission, Patna directing the petitioner to pay at least 50% of the amount of retiral dues of the respondent no. 4, the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs. 4,54,201/- vide cheque dated 14.01.2016, which is about 50% of the outstanding retiral dues apart from paying a further sum of Rs. 83,770/- on the head of some more payment required to be made to reach the figure of 50 %.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19696 of 2015(3) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since more than 50% amount of the outstanding retiral dues of the respondent no. 4 has already stood paid, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, it may be observed that the said direction of the Bihar Human Right Commission, Patna dated 07.08.2015 be not construed to be a precedent in the other cases. It is directed, accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
