The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S.Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering general and omnibus nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR in which the specific overt act has been alleged against the co-accused Bhola Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
