2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2) and 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant had parked his bike near Jeeva Hospital. When he came out, he found that two boys were taking away his bike. They were being chased. One of them was apprehended and was identified as Manish Kumar. Manish Kumar has disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession and his

From perusal of the impugned order, it also transpires that the learned Trial Court has rejected the bail of this petitioner only on the basis of him having criminal antecedent of four cases.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chitragupta P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) sharun/- U T
