The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on 15.05.2015 at 12.00 noon co-accused Govi Yadav called the son of the informant for getting the tractor repaired when the son of the informant went where six persons including the petitioner were sitting from before. It is alleged that co-accused Ranjeet Kumar and Vivek Singh fired at the son of the informant, who subsequently succumbed to the injury. It is alleged that other accused persons resorted to indiscriminate firing in air.

No.6503 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the accusation has been levelled in the first information report. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. The specific accusation of causing injury to the son of the informant is against Ranjeet Kumar and Vivek Singh.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
