... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner : Mr. Dinesh Prasad Verma, Adv. For the Opposite Party : Mr. Ram Bachan Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 427, 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injury report discloses only one sharp cut injury on the frontal bony region of skull and hence there was no repetition of assault.

4. Considering that the sharp cut injury on the head being a vital part of the body appears to support the accusation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
