All the petitioners belong to one family. They are also agnates. They are facing accusations unishable under section 307 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners placed the FIR to submit that owing to the land dispute, the occurrence was committed. It is stated that there is a counter version of the present case in which some of the petitioners of this case also received injuries at the hands of the prosecution side. The petitioners do not carry any criminal antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within 04 weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional, Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members.
