JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 15-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16959 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time on account of illness. Hence a prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is further extended for four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, the petitioner surrenders, the court below will release him on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 15-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16959 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41460 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 It is made clear that no further extension of time will be given.

This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
