JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the petitioner in this writ application filed against the impugned letter no. 1353 dated 22.11.06 issued under the signature of respondent-Jail Superintendent, Madhpura whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been relieved from her employment under the order passed by Superintendent Central Jail, Bhagalpur vide memo no. 4109 dated 06.12.06 and also under the order passed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25330 of 2013(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms vide memo no.
dated 16.03.06 communicated to I.G.(Prison) by which the petitioner has been terminated on the post of Lady Warden posted at Madhepura Jail in an arbitrary and unreasonable manner and without considering the facts and circumstances of the case."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue the respondents to appoint her on daily wages.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
