That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature certiorari or an appropriate writ, order or orders for quashing the order dated 11.08.08, passed by Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur vide Jiladesh 2226/2008 as contained in Annexure-6, whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to order that the decision which has been taken was just and proper because he was a responsible officer and if he was given access pay then he should have informed the department, but he didn't do so and even the show cause explanation given by him was not upto the mark and accordingly reduced the pension of the
