JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.

Learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation has stated that an amount of Rs.1,49,998/- has been paid to the petitioner, but the learned

Patna High Court MJC No.46 of 2016 (3) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the calculation of the respondents the petitioner is entitled an amount of Rs.1,58,447.00/-.

Learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation submits that the Finance Department has made calculation and arrived to the aforesaid amount and the amount which the learned counsel for the petitioner is claiming is not proper amount.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that if he has any grievance, he will file a representation before the Chief Accounts Officer, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, who will examine the representation of the petitioner and if he arrives to a finding that the petitioner is entitled to any further amount, the same will be paid to him.

Let the letter No.3108 dated 14.09.2016 be kept on record for future reference.
