The petitioner's appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Centre 'B' in Dakshini Daulatpur in the district of Jehanabad has been set aside by the Deputy Director, Welfare, Magadh Division, Gaya vide order passed on 29.8.2014 in Anganwari Appeal No.251 of 2012, inter alia, on grounds that the petitioner is not the resident of serving village where the centre is located.

Apart from the fact that the grounds on which the petitioner has been unsuited is an issue of fact duly confirmed by the Deputy Director, Welfare, Magadh Division Gaya, another

Patna High Court CWJC No.428 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2017 aspect which does not persuade this Court to interfere with the order impugned is that the petitioner has chosen to raise her grievance almost after two and half years of passing of the order. No ground for indulgence is made out.

The writ petition is disposed of.
