JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Child Development Officer, Bakhtiyarpur, District- Patna to accept the joining of the petitioner in terms of appointment letter dated 23.08.2011, however, the petitioner has herself filed an interlocutory application bearing I.A. no. 4479 of 2018, wherein it has been stated that fresh advertisement has been issued by the District Programme Officer, Patna for recruitment of Anganbari Sevika in Palki Rai Ka Tola Anganbari, Centre bearing Code no. 168, which falls in Hardaspur Diara Panchayat, Block-Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
