JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380/452/323/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute there is case and counter case. The allegation against the petitioner in the complaint petition is of commission of theft. Considering the background and nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender
