JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380/452/323/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute there is case and counter case. The allegation against the petitioner in the complaint petition is of commission of theft. Considering the background and nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47041 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua /Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.990 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
