The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he did not hand over the merit list and application of folder of Smt. Tilotma Kumari, a teacher of Middle School Kinjar.
Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner was transferred from Kinjar Panchayat in the year 2005 and he has handed over the charge with all the documents to Sri
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49961 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 Rabindra Kumar, but Rabindra Kumar has not submitted those documents for verification, only on the basis of application filed by the present Panchayat Secretary, Braj Nandan Sharma, the petitioner has been implicated in this case, in this case co-accused Srikant Kuamr has been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 52550 of 2016 by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
