In the show cause filed on behalf of the University, it is stated that the order under contempt has been complied with by making payment to the petitioner of the entire post retiral dues.

The petitioner, however, is aggrieved by the reduction of the pay scale as is evident from the calculation chart

Patna High Court MJC No.759 of 2014 (3) dt.29-09-2016 filed today.

In the above circumstances, the order under contempt stands complied with. The contempt application is, accordingly dismissed.

It shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the reduction of the pay scale of the petitioner in appropriate proceedings.
