The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Karpi P.S. Case No. 92/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Sahjadi Khatoon alleged that there was land dispute with regard to partition of land and for that the petitioners came and began to abuse her. It is further alleged that all the accused persons assaulted her and her son. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case. From the side of the petitioner Karpi P.S. Case No. 89/2016 was registered.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39880 of 2016 (3) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 It appears that there is omnibus and general allegation. The informant Sahjadi Khatoon got injury on her little finger which is opined to be grievous in nature. The son of the informant got simple injury.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 92/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
