2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 338, 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 111, 61(2) read with Sections 66, 66(b), 66(c) and 66(d) of I.T. Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, on secret information the police conducted raid at village Fatha and upon seeing them the petitioner along with other co-accused persons tried to flee from the spot but was apprehended by the police. It is further alleged that two mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that only two mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Out of two mobile phones, one belongs to the petitioner and the other belongs to his friend. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner, rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20564 of 2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
