2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023 registered under Sections 365 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner with the help of his friend kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that no one has kidnapped her. She herself went to Delhi with this petitioner where both of them were living as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29829 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 friend. She knows this petitioner since last two years. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
