1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has four sons namely Sanjay Saw, Bablu Saw, Guddu Saw and Sonu Saw and his son Guddu Saw is having criminal antecedent. Police in order to ascertain his whereabout approaches the house of the petitioner and harass the petitioner and other family members. The family partition has already been done amongst the brothers and share of Guddu Saw has already been separated. Guddu Saw has transferred his share in favour of his younger brother namely, Sonu Saw for valuable consideration and does not reside in the house owned by the petitioner and other co-sharers. Learned counsel submits that

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.778 of 2021(4) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 representation to this effect has been submitted before the Police Station, Bahadurpur (Annexure-2/1) but no step is being taken by the police authorities.

2. Keeping in view the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the petitioner is directed to file representation before the S.D.P.O., Masaurhi, Patna and if such representation is filed, the S.D.P.O., Masaurhi shall look into grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
