The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barharia (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 416 of 2014 registered under Section 304-B/34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13358 of 2015 since then, the petitioner has neither appeared before the court nor the police has arrested him.
